Illuminations

Light is the foundation of my artistic vision.  As a lighting professional, I use electric light to render architectural forms, monuments, landscapes, and bridges. My lighting design principle is simple: if you illuminate everything, nothing is special. This principle guided most of my lighting projects.

I studied lighting design at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana as part of my graduate work to earn a Master of Architecture Degree. During my thirty-year career, I have worked alongside architects, landscape architects, and city planners to enhance their design vision.
